Electronic Torque Control System (eTCS)

The electronic Torque Control System (eTCS) is a servo motor driven turret developed for flexibility, accuracy and efficiency.  The eTCS can handle a large range of containers and caps with various and complex capping techniques, including pump dispensers and trigger sprays.

The brushless capper is particularly suited to provide traceability reports on screw capping effectiveness. As well as applications requiring a gentle torque control with screw-on cap orientation capabilities.

The container can also have a wide variety of shapes and sizes, including square, round, off-centered necks and goose neck bottles.
