ROTARY WEIGH FILLING

It is the only filling technique which controls the product quantity inside the filled container and not before, as is the case for all other filling technologies.
By measuring the weight directly in the container, this technology offer the guarantee that each container is filled with the optimal quantity.

Multiflow: Our Smart Filling Nozzle

Our patented Multiflow nozzle considerably reduces foaming. It is operated by an electromagnet which optimizes each filling cycle according to specific product characteristics. The filling cycle is therefore no longer linear.

Capping and Heat Sealing

Serac designs and assembles various types of heat sealing and capping machines. Depending on the dairy products, it is possible to use hygienic heatsealing/capping turret. Heatsealing parameters or capping torque values can be saved and accessed by the touch of a button.
